Computer Science as an Optional Subject in University Curricula

This paper approaches the Computer Science as an optional subject in our university’s curricula ‘The interest in this subject shows a permanent increase. At the moment Computer Science syllabus is mainly computer using oriented. In the time it will be possible to include essentially more on computer programming. Unfortunately we have inadequacies regarding hardware that we must take into account when drawing-up the syllabus.
