creative_2006_15_025_034We consider the Lie algebra so(6) of the special orthogonal Lie group SO(6) and we give the construction of the Lie-Poisson structure on the dual of so(6). The goal of our paper is to construct a geometric prequantization of the Poisson manifold so(6)∗, using the Weinstein theory of symplectic groupoids
